Xbox 360 Add comments

Bioshock is the cat’s pajamas man.

It was the game that motivated me to buy an xbox 360 after playing the demo, and since it would have cost me $1000+ to build a system to replace my poor, fried computer that would be capable of playing it at a decent resolution, I went with the 360.

After finishing up the intro level (the exact same as the demo), the game just started getting creepier and creepier. The diaries strewn around the game really add to the story (not that it needs it), and the atmosphere (60s art deco sci-fi) is something I can really dig. The graphics are amazing, and the weapons are really cool, not to mention the power-ups and plasmids you find. The rudimentary “hacking” interface for security cameras, security droids/turrets and vending machines is really well done, if a bit cartoony.

With what I hear about alternate endings (three of them, at least), there seems to be some replay value as well.

Nine out of Ten gibbed Splicers for this one.
